Products and Formulations: Our local brand crafts inspired fragrances using premium oils and 100% safe cosmetic-grade ethanol alcohol. All products are fully matured, requiring no additional maceration, and are ready to wear upon arrival.

Orders, Pricing, and Payment: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payments are processed securely via InstaPay or Mobile Wallet, with transfer confirmations coordinated through WhatsApp. Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without notice.

Shipping and Delivery: We offer a flat shipping rate of 100 EGP across Egypt, with an estimated delivery window of 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation. Seif Fragrances is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier service disruptions or incorrect customer shipping details.

Damaged Goods Policy: If an order arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 12 hours of receiving the shipment to qualify for review and resolution.
